Not all of these videos and content will be posted in the main feed of the podcast, so if there is a topic area that sounds interesting to you, you may want to check out the videos below. More will be added over time. Right now there are two series: On Running for Public Office, and On Local Governance.

This series is meant to be an overview for anyone interested in learning more about running for office, especially those who may be thinking about running but don’t have access to party or existing campaign resources. Although these don’t go into exhaustive detail (and don’t represent the only way of thinking about things), they do provide a good summary and should give you what you need to think critically about running, or maybe help you get pointed in the right direction if you’re beginning the process.
Don’t let the unknown of a campaign process prevent you from a potentially rewarding way to make a real impact in your community! Click here to view the full guide/outline.
This series is meant to touch on issues specifically related to governing at the local level. There will be some focus on issues related to New Jersey, but the majority of the discussion will be relevant to people working in and around local government anywhere.
